Accounting Coordinator

This position performs various analyses on accounting data and in doing so maintains a positive relationship with all company departments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Input invoices, review and reconcile discrepancies using various systems including Microsoft Navision Dynamics and Mediaocean
• Input time, review and reconcile discrepancies within timekeeping system (Roadmap)
• Assist employees, vendors, clients and customers by answering questions related to accounting procedures and services
• Perform additional analysis as assigned by manager
• Liaise with other departments to ensure accounting needs are met
• Clerical and administrative duties as necessary


• Review time input into timekeeping system for accuracy and omissions
• Maintain good working relationship with all departments and outside vendors
• Stay current on filing and other administrative tasks

Education and Experience

• Minimum – 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable position
• Minimum – demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Word
• Associate degree or equivalent education preferred
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data
• Excellent verbal communication skills
