Digital Account Supervisor

The Digital Account Supervisor is responsible for running successful digital campaigns on fast-paced digital accounts. He/she is instrumental in the development and implementation of new initiatives, and will lead the development of digital marketing strategies with thorough knowledge of digital creative best practices (e.g., banners, landing pages, and social media). In addition, this person is heavily involved in the execution of complex creative deliverables, including multiple versions and a wide variety of assets. This also includes managing day-to-day clients and internal teams (Account/Creative/Production/Analytics). This person is expected to contribute to strategic planning based on product knowledge and consumer insights, provide recommendations, and develop and implement successful ad campaigns. The ideal candidate also has experience working with the internal analytics team to turn quantitative data into creatively applicable results.

Must haves

• Innate ability to be extremely organized and on point to ensure digital production is executed on budget and on time, in partnership with Project Management
• Excellent client service skills, with ability to balance client needs with agency resources, ensuring clients are kept apprised and satisfied that needs are being met
• Resilience and flexibility in adapting to priorities that tend to shift, sometimes without much advance notice
• Team leader for the broader agency team, keeping all parties on task, fully informed of deliverables and client input
• Expert in developing the creative strategy execution across digital media initiatives that expand client brand awareness, drive customer growth and ultimately increase conversion volume
• Can collaborate well with paid media agency to set up campaigns and tests that will yield creative insights and performance at an audience segment and creative version level
• Can develop a creative matrix approach using audience segmentation and creative formats to drive new member acquisitions
• Ability to manage and write effective creative briefs
• Meet ongoing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Stay abreast of latest industry developments, trends, and shifts in the digital landscape
• Ability to manage creative production estimates
• Ability to supervise other client service staff
• Detail-oriented, organized, excellent written/verbal communications and presentation skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications

Nice to have

• Broader skill set beyond digital, e.g., broadcast, outdoor, direct marketing, email, experiential
• Experience in digital acquisition best practices, including new and innovative technologies that are being developed specifically for acquisition

Education and Experience

• Minimum 7-10 years of direct experience in digital creative with strong brand along with track record of success and career growth
• Must have minimum three years of management experience and leadership capability
• Strong presentation skills as this role will present to senior leadership and to clients
