Digital Project Manager / Producer


In order to apply for this role, you must have CRM experience and technical knowledge of email deployment. Client-facing skills are required.

You will be working onsite in an active marketing department with lots and lots of moving pieces, with the client and your agency colleagues, and coordinating with an agency team located at agency headquarters.

The Digital Project Manager / Producer will be focused on the technical implementation of a CRM platform and the integration of the platform within the entire digital marketing stack. You will be working in tandem with both agency and client internal team as the liaison across multiple departments and vendors to troubleshoot emerging issues, track issue resolution, maintain documentation and product planning roadmaps.


• 5+ years digital project management experience and CRM experience
• Experience following processes/workflows within a complex organization
• 2+ years client-facing experience
• Experience using Jira and Slack for project management
• Technical understanding of CRM principles and practices; audience segmentation, list creation and template use
• Experience integrating and troubleshooting within a multi-platform environment
• Experience performing UAT
• Experience in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Responsys, etc.)
• Experience in mobile/app marketing
• Experience troubleshooting tagging and analytics platform into CRM
• Understanding of tagging, tracking and parameter creation
• Technical understanding of email deployment including template creation and use
• Understanding of regex a plus


• Experience following processes/workflows within a complex organization
• Client facing for all technical issues within the CRM environment for email and in-app communications
• Clearly and concisely communicating project status to leadership, stakeholders, and other teams in the program
• Identifying risks and issues; prioritizing and mitigating/resolving as needed
• Maintaining Jira with the status of issues and projects
• Raise awareness of dependencies and blockers to the plan
• Be the general advocate for the digital marketing department’s technical initiatives
• Troubleshooting technical digital marketing issues across multiple departments and vendors
