Paid Social Media Manager

Quigley-Simpson is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to grow acquisitions and awareness that drive e-Commerce and offline sales through paid social media. This is a client-facing, strategic-planning and execution role. Accounts may include Fortune 100 CPG brands and financial brands.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop paid social media strategies that detail campaign objectives, tactics, rationale, strategy, budget allocation and media selection
• Execute and manage direct response and brand, paid social media campaigns and initiatives that expand online and offline acquisitions
• Manage campaign optimizations while measuring performance and recommending tests
• Collaborate with inter-agency teams to set up campaigns and tests that will yield creative and media insights and performance
• Lead clients, instilling trust in authority of your in-depth knowledge of all digital campaign elements and industry developments
• Provide the client with paid social media recommendations and the necessary trafficking information (plans, deadlines, specification sheets, etc.)
• Coordinate assets and tags with partners and ensure campaigns are delivering against KPI’s
• Train new team members on fundamentals of paid social

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning within the social and digital space, as well as experience developing and implementing highly successful social media campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 2-3 years of experience in paid social media with a focus on direct response/conversion- focused campaigns
• Must have in-platform execution experience setting up campaigns and pulling levers in Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat
• Facebook certification is a plus
• Experience using Google Analytics
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
