Experienced CX Designer Leads High-Value Agency Offering

Los Angeles, June 22, 2021—Quigley-Simpson announced today the appointment of Cheryl Little as Group Director, Customer Experience (CX). In this role, she will lead the agency’s CX capability, leveraging data and research to create high-value experiences that drive business results.

Cheryl brings over 20 years of expertise designing consumer experiences that drive engagement across mobile, web, apps, and physical spaces. With extensive training as an art director and a deep understanding of new technologies, content delivery, and media strategy, she brings a highly sought-after skillset and unique perspective to Quigley-Simpson clients. Intrigued by the human brain and how design can influence our decisions, she is also certified in Digital Psychology, relying on data and research to inform the customer experience.

Little will work across the agency’s portfolio of clients in CPG, finance, D2C, healthcare, and not-for-profit, starting immediately with clients JP Morgan Chase, ProMedica, and Philips. Using data signals to understand consumer behaviors and needs, she will be working across Quigley-Simpson’s brand and demand offering to effectively design and optimize the consumer journey. She will report to Lothar Boensch, SVP Business Strategy & Growth.

Little was most recently Senior Director of User Experience, at Mediacurrent, where she led the Digital Strategy and Design teams, working closely with the client and the technical product teams to deliver seamless and memorable user experiences. In her time at Mediacurrent, she led the discovery and redesign efforts for the Georgia Secretary of State, the Chicago Botanic Garden, Turner Broadcasting, Guardian DTC and Rain, an open source component library and winner of the Acquia Engage Award. Prior to that, she served as Senior Web Designer for the U.S. Federal Government, leading all public and internal websites and applications for the largest federal court in the United States.
