In a campaign inviting prospects to “Expand Your World,” we feature travelers who are transformative in their own right. Textured Waves is a female surf collective bringing greater inclusion and camaraderie to the water. They are, in their own words, “Women of all shades, riding the waves.” Given their lifelong pursuit of the perfect wave, travel is an intrinsic part of chasing their passion. As the Agency of Record for both creative and media, we are in the unique position of guiding strategy, as well as where and how we show up in market. Baked into our strategic platform informing these decisions was the imperative to offer a new perspective, and to reach new audiences, with a commitment to D&I storytelling. This meant not only diverse campaign talent but bringing our story to new African American and U.S. Hispanic media partners, as well. Contextual placements allowed us to pair relevant content to its most receptive audience. This, combined with a focus on card benefits and a strong offer, resulted in driving a +75% lift for new accounts.
