As part of SHOOT’s 2022 Production Outlook Survey, Nicole weighs in on collaborating with remote teams during in-person productions, prioritizing DEI in campaign development and casting and helping our travel brand clients bring stories of domestic discovery to their globetrotting audiences in the midst of limited international travel. Looking ahead to 2022, she shares her hope for an industry reckoning:

“The brands that will succeed are the ones that foster community and look for ways to give back and support both their customers and their internal teams. The pandemic has been hard on everyone, some more than others, and people are craving real, human connection now more than ever. There is an immediacy where we will want to live and experience life, not just for ‘the gram’ but for our own well-being.”
